Definitely, it's Figma. You can create "Design file" which is focused on UI design, but also there is "FigJam file" which is focused more on UX and Product Management, where you can do brainstorms, diagrams, meetings, workshops, research and so on. ✌️

Hm, really good question. I'll try to guide you to your next idea. But, before that, don't worry if something already exist, find the way how to make it better, and money is yours. I assume your goal is to make money from business, not to be inovator with unique ideas. So, let's try. Are you find something really annoying or painfull at your job/school/city/country? Can you solve that...

I use animations, very often, because I think animation can be helpful for user experience, if used carefully. 👀 For example to communicate feedback or state changes. But, if animations are overused, they can distract users.
