Friday is my busy day. Checklists are huge on Fridays. I separate business tasks from design and development tasks. If I cannot finish by end of the day it rolls into the checklist for Saturday or Monday. By the end of Friday the reward of the weekend can be much better when the week is finished strong.
How do you make your Fridays more productive?

Fitness is something that is so good for our mind. It often helps me work on ideas and clear my head when needed.
Also, doing something else creative that is not controlled, such as sketching, painting, or similar can be beneficial as well.
After the creative block is gone and the ideas are generating, write them down. I sometimes literally use post it notes when in a hurry. Hope this helps!

For design in Figma, Feather icons is a solid simple choice. Iconly Pro (free version) broke one of my pages of components, so I steer clear of that now.
Which is the best icon pack?

Self awareness. Without it you are drifting until you become aware. With it you have the power to create the dream the suits you. Tune into yourself and how you can create value for people, then your dreams become reality.
What's one skill you NEED to learn to make your dream a reality?

Webflow is more robust than Framer. Webflow is also better for real clients that want scalable websites with accessibility, SEO, and more customization. Hope this helps!
For No-Code website creation : Framer or Webflow ?

Webflow is more robust than Framer when it comes to no-code platforms. It may have a bit more of a learning curve, but when it comes to true website development without code, Webflow has better animation, accessibility, and scaling in my opinion. Framer is more ideal for beginners with zero code knowledge. Hope this helps!

Yes, it is important. At the very minimum there should be thought given to UI standards/best practices and accessibility basics. A balance of sizing and spacing according to the intended design direction (theme, style, etc.) However, the UX path for the user and the micro-experiences along the way should be first concern, function over form for a better MVP. However, humans love beautiful...

User experience for actual users and knowledge of cohesive and consistent brand genetics. You wouldn’t believe how many companies I have worked for that missed this completely. Understand the problem, identify the need, solve the problem with design, maintain the brand genetics across the brand experience. Alot of brands have “Frankenstined” products with poor experiences due to missing the...

You can create small animated GIFs from the Lottiefiles plugin for Figma, but it is pretty limited and can be glitchy at times. Hope this helps!
Do we have a tool that can create gif or mp4 from figma frames or prototype like this?

Stretching, kettlebells, plyometrics, hitting the bag and swimming. Mobility over mass for life longevity. Too much weight lifting actually can decrease your longevity. Tendons and joints do not recover well from abuse (plenty examples of this in the heavy lifting industry, i.e. Ronnie Coleman). Be diverse in your workouts to ensure optimal human performance.

Depending on how one implements their model, design subscription services can be a very smart way to go for companies and agencies alike. Now, this does require a competent knowledgeable designer(s) and speed while producing with quality, but the value of return is often so much greater than the cost. Companies pay for honest knowledge, value and results. If this can be accomplished in a design...

Hands down Webflow to develop for serious clients. Wordpress just lacks from a speed and UX POV without knowing complex code,…even if you use Divi it is still very slow compared to Webflow. You can achieve very cool stuff with Webflow that would take 5x even 10x longer (at least for me) in Wordpress.
It also depends on your skills with the tool. Framer can be easier for people who do not...

I use to use Wordpress and implemented with Divi alot. After using Webflow for some time I can say Wordpress is S L O W, can be complicated, even limited without knowing deep code, and makes developing beautiful sites with complex animations much more difficult and timely than Webflow. Not to mention Webflow is just flat out better from a UX point of view with the interface (easy to learn) and...

Webflow is more robust than Framer allowing pretty much complete control of design, complex animation, custom code, security, etc. However, for those familiar with Figma, Framer has a similar interface that is almost like designing in Figma. Each has its pros and cons, but for Webflow takes the cake. Hope this helps

This site looks nice. However, I feel there may be an over emphasis on the hover of the pricing tiers. Why the need for the hover on the tier itself when it skews the shape. Perhaps, as a suggestion, keep the hover, but do not skew the tier body, essentially just the outline and background of the tier, and of course, the button. To me the hover on the tier right now is distracting as is and a...
