I don't drink coffee, but checklists and prioritization work for me. 5-10 mins at my desk in the morning before starting work and getting my environment ready for the day while I think about my day/priorities helps too.

Sugar kills more people than cigarettes. The less sugar in a diet the better.
I read labels, not just for the sugar, but also preservatives and other additives that seem unnecessary.

Besides being a full-time UX designer, I am constantly designing brands and experiences for clients. When I am not designing, I am tying fly-fishing flies and hitting the river.
Aside from your main gig, do you have any side projects you're working on?

Social Media - Posting Daily
I have been finding it harder and harder to have time to post daily to social media with good content. I prefer to spend more time on real client work rather than appealing to the algorithm.
Just curios what other people's experiences and solutions have been?

A 4-day remote, 1 day onsite (Thursday) would be an interesting model for employers. Monday morning a team meeting would set the week of expectations and alignment, and deliverables Mon.-Wed.
That Thursday could have an innovative structure for professional team collaboration and open-floor discussions from the work, done that week. And, maybe "break bread" with each other at happy hour or...

I went the no-code route. This allows me to teach others and scale, not to mention no-code platforms like Webflow allow for the creativity, scalability, and speed. Just know what you want to pursue from a niche and model perspective. Hope this helps!

Friday is my busy day. Checklists are huge on Fridays. I separate business tasks from design and development tasks. If I cannot finish by end of the day it rolls into the checklist for Saturday or Monday. By the end of Friday the reward of the weekend can be much better when the week is finished strong.
How do you make your Fridays more productive?

Fitness is something that is so good for our mind. It often helps me work on ideas and clear my head when needed.
Also, doing something else creative that is not controlled, such as sketching, painting, or similar can be beneficial as well.
After the creative block is gone and the ideas are generating, write them down. I sometimes literally use post it notes when in a hurry. Hope this helps!
How do you deal with creative blocks?

For design in Figma, Feather icons is a solid simple choice. Iconly Pro (free version) broke one of my pages of components, so I steer clear of that now.
Which is the best icon pack?

Self awareness. Without it you are drifting until you become aware. With it you have the power to create the dream the suits you. Tune into yourself and how you can create value for people, then your dreams become reality.
What's one skill you NEED to learn to make your dream a reality?

Webflow is more robust than Framer. Webflow is also better for real clients that want scalable websites with accessibility, SEO, and more customization. Hope this helps!
For No-Code website creation : Framer or Webflow ?

Webflow is more robust than Framer when it comes to no-code platforms. It may have a bit more of a learning curve, but when it comes to true website development without code, Webflow has better animation, accessibility, and scaling in my opinion. Framer is more ideal for beginners with zero code knowledge. Hope this helps!

Yes, it is important. At the very minimum there should be thought given to UI standards/best practices and accessibility basics. A balance of sizing and spacing according to the intended design direction (theme, style, etc.) However, the UX path for the user and the micro-experiences along the way should be first concern, function over form for a better MVP. However, humans love beautiful...
Is UI Design important in an MVP? How did you make it?
