I like to use Quora, because it bestows the power to the people. If a particular answer is of value, it will become popular in a short period of time, since it's voted on by the people. The key to building a successful customer community is to understand who your prospects and customers are, what their core interests are, and what commonalities you have with them. Make a list of the top 5 to 10 topics that your customers are interested in and likely to discuss.

A time management tip for me is: Never take more than 2 minutes to read a message.
