It definitely is a challenge, but at our workplace. We try to run everything as asynchronous as possible. So scheduling becomes a lot easier.

Could depend on when the meeting takes place as well. Beginning of the week, start by asking how the weekend went, if they did anything interesting. Could setup a channel where they share weekend photos etc. Video sharing is something that you can consider, although not everyone would be comfortable with it.

How would you track that tho?

Would prefer time, that way would give a platform to execute things the way I want it to be.

Used to work remote for 2 years, missed the social aspect of work. Have been working from office for the past couple of months and don't think I'd go back to remote working

Prefer in-office meetings, considering that idea flow is much more effective and allows us to bond as people as well.

Current work place I am at - we work 4 days a week in office with the option to work remotely as well. I like coming to the office because it gives me a chance to collaborate with my coworkers and then go away and do deep work in my own stead.
