Google calendar is really easy to use, you can colour code different tasks which is really helpful if you have repetitive tasks for example every week

I think hybrid is the best, remote work saves me time on commuting to the office but meeting with my team 1/2 x a week feels very nice and that's mostly when we have all of our meetings so they are conducted in a more interactive environment

Hybrid, because my team is fantastic and I enjoy spending time with them in the office and having that human face to face interaction and amazing brainstorming sessions. But sometimes it's great to just work from home and get things done and walk out of the office in the house and be able to spend time immediately with my family

Getting your body moving in the morning even if its 15/30 minutes, I enjoy going for a walk or doing yoga and stretching. Always feel much better afterwards and full of energy
