Hi everyone! I built Userdrive because I felt there is a lack of usable tools for this kind of user testing and the ones available are aimed at enterprise size businesses with a significant budget. A couple of things from a UX POV: 1. Most chatbots are just decision trees, which means I need to answer multiple questions to get the context of my issue across. I can explain much quicker and easier to a human. 2. Imitating human interactions is a confusing / dishonest / annoying and disappointing. - Why aren't responses instant and instead I have to wait until the bot is "typing" ...

Very hard problem to solve, because there are unlimited levels of detail you might wanna go to. Also, image to text would need font recognition which very unreliable. There are a few tools like https://www.vectorizer.io, but you might be better off using the Trace action in Illustrator and play around with the settings.
