I love tools that are born out of concrete experience and need, rather than an abstract idea and the hope that people want it. This looks really interesting, definitely gonna give it a try. Great job and congrats on the launch πππ

Given the widespread adoption of dark mode options in native apps and web apps at this stage, I think it does. If your user is preferring dark mode and using it all day, they will have a jarring experience when using an app in light mode (and likely vice versa).
It's one of those things where I think it might not have a big positive impact (= it's not a selling point), and users likely won't...
Dark vs light mode - does it make a difference to you if a SaaS product offers it?

I think it's always valuable to have a clear set of rules that allow you to apply a "score" to any given feature, based on things like:
- impact on user experience
- impact on churn of existing clients
- impact on maintainability of the feature (e.g. DX improvements)
- estimated effort to implement change/feature
How exactly you score these will be different depending on your product and even...
How do you prioritise features for your Roadmap?

I think no-code tools are perfect to enable as many people as possible in a company to maintain websites, build automated workflows, etc. And on top of that, they will help you to really understand what exactly you need if you ever do hit the point where the no-code tools are not enough anymore, which makes it much easier and more efficient as a starting point to then build your own custom...
Where do you stand about developing a web app on a no-code platform?

Create a team habit of regular self reflection. It's so much easier and more powerful to have team members proactively talk about and celebrate their achievements than treating it as something you think about once every 6 - 12 months when it's time for the performance review π
How can I measure the team members' achievements?

Definitely 4 day work week! π
I like having longer vacations as a reset every now and then, but I think the general quality of life improvement of a 4 day work week would outweigh that by a lot. And if your company and team are flexible, you can probably still shift things around to have a longer break when needed π
Would you take fewer vacation days in favor of a 4 day week?

Used Google Keep and now Notion for a lot of things because it's easy to stay synced with multiple devices and to share with others.
But tbh I always find myself coming back to handwritten notebooks. Just so much easier for quick todo lists and regular journaling to keep the chaos in my head manageable π

With remote vs office, I don't think it's an either/or situation. Both will continue to have their place. People are all different with different preferences.
However, I think the more our tools and practices evolve to allow companies to create great company culture without relying entirely on office culture, the more inevitable and popular remote work will become :)
What are your views on remote work? Is this the future or just a phase?
