You need to consider a few things before reaching out to SaaS customers or audiences.
One, are they the right audience?
Two, what stage are they at while engaging with our business?
Three, what type of content helps us gain more attention from these SaaS customers?
Once you address these three questions, it will be easier for you to reach out to SaaS customers more effectively.

A silent marketing strategy is perfect for startups with limited funds. We use a silent marketing strategy called chatbot marketing. Chatbots help us manage and automate our customer support processes. They also help us generate leads and growing our customer base.
You may ask which chatbot we use for this excellent automation strategy. We are currently using ProProfs chatbots for our...

Here are a couple of functionalities that could vastly improve the chatbot:
1. Being able to redirect a user to a live operator.
2. Helping users find relevant articles on a website through a simple search right in the chatbot.
3. Offering product recommendations to anyone engaged in online shopping.
4. Allow customers to submit tickets right from the chatbot.
Fortunately, I have been...

Customers´ satisfaction and trust
What are your thoughts on the importance of customers´ reviews and testimonials in regards to satisfaction, trust, and growth?
Sharing case studies, written testimonials are great. But what really works is video testimonials. We experienced better onboarding and an increase in our users to such testimonials. So they totally work

We’ve benefitted the most from social media engagements and website engagement.
For social media engagement, we tried getting in touch with our customers by creating surveys or polls and using their results to create custom offers that we publicized on social media accounts.
For website engagement, we found chatbot and live chat quite beneficial. We can suggest the right products to visitors...

Honestly, that’s one of the most important aspects of building your product ahead. Customer feedback allows you to understand what expectations your customer have and make improvements to your product accordingly.

Besides the fact that the client may have no knowledge whatsoever about how a SaaS tool might work, I believe that the other thing that bothers us is that what if the client is a pro at using the type of tools we sell. If the client knows the use of the tool well, they sometimes get easy disappointed in how the tool works during the onboarding process and may even leave during the same time.

Honestly, HARO is great for the press coverage and I seem to agree with others in the comment section as well. Although, early age startups may not find it useful. But as you gain more years on the company, you’ll surely find HARO to be a boon for your business.

Here’s what I believe can work out when it comes to B2B lead generation. You can conduct webinars and introduce new offers to those attending your webinar events. It’s like giving out freebies that encourage your attendees to stick around for long. From there onwards, it is in the hand of your support and sales teams to improve the retention of such customers.

I won’t say they are tools but rather platforms that help you stay up to date with your customer’s needs. You can make use of platforms like live chat or even chatbot to know what your customers came looking for on your website.

@Shraddha that’s definitely a great question.
Our company does connect and engage with customers to see if they have any problems or facing any challenges off late. This makes our customers feel that we do care and helps us retain them longer.
However, we also offer:
1. Proactive support using live chat
2. Create educational content through videos and knowledge base repository that helps...

There are a lot of ways to help you capture customer feedback on a regular basis.
I personally feel that live chat (ProProfs Chat, Zendesk, etc) can help you collect feedback from customers once a chat comes to an end.
You can also try sending NPS surveys to customers in every quarter to see how well your brand is performing. That way you won’t be pestering customers all the time and also...

@kjosephabraham Honestly, a lot runs on insights you capture for your business. This is especially true for a SaaS business because there’s a lot of competition in the market now and everyone is trying their best to see what’s working for one brand and what’s not. We need to collate all this data and see what will make our product more attractive in comparison to others in the market.
