We’ve benefitted the most from social media engagements and website engagement. For social media engagement, we tried getting in touch with our customers by creating surveys or polls and using their results to create custom offers that we publicized on social media accounts. For website engagement, we found chatbot and live chat quite beneficial. We can suggest the right products to visitors and encouraged them to actually complete a sale. That’s what has worked for us so far.
