Hey @gaurav_singhal8 π We don't have the functionality for seeing a list of subscribers or directly messaging them. This is by design. While most makers have good intent, we wouldn't want users getting a flood of direct messages for every product they follow.
I'm curious about your use case. Is it that you'd want to write a custom message for your followers about your upcoming launch instead...
Can makers personally reach out to their product subscribers before launch?

Hey @brian_cheong π In terms of launching on Product Hunt, it's perfectly fine to launch with the same name. And it looks like your last launch was in July of 2024 so it's definitely been long enough for it to be eligible for re-launching!
We also have our featuring guidelines publicly available. If you're still running into questions that you don't feel are answered on the site or in our help...

Hi @yutish π welcome to Product Hunt!
If you're looking to launch something, I'd recommending checking out the homepage to get inspiration and an idea around what types of products launch here. Also, our launch guidelines are super helpful.
If you're interesting in commenting and engaging with the community, we have some tips and guidelines around that as well.
If you're looking to find a...

We actually have a category around video editing tools. It looks like several are specifically focused on product videos. You can actually see right under the names which launches on Product Hunt have used the products as well!

We've actually had a couple of very cool VSCode extensions launch recently: GitAnimals and vscode-pokemon So same principle as a Cursor extension. In general, if it aligns with our guidelines then I'd definitely recommend launching!
Is a Cursor extension a worthy item for a Product Hunt release?

Hey @andres_rosas_sanchez, you actually can upvote a comment. It just looks a bit different. It's actually typed out as Upvote with the upvote icon. It's the first option directly under a comment!
Why discussions have upvotes but not comments?

This is super cool! I love pixel art so much. I typically use Aseprite when I'm just making stuff for myself, but I really like the prompts and constraints of this. It's very cool to see other people's approaches to the prompts as well.
One bit of feedback, I think it'd be nice to have a hover state over each pixel as the cursor move over them to give a bit more feedback to the user on where...

This is a cool idea! Claude is my LLM of choice so this seems appealing. It looks similar to what an IDE like Cursor can do, but for someone like myself who's firmly entrenched in neovim, this could be a cool way to get easier context across a whole codebase from Claude without having to switch editors. :wq

@sekachov I really love the design of this and the idea of using less apps. I just downloaded and went through onboarding. 2 bits of feedback:
1. I had it crash during onboarding when I skipped a step. Only happened once though!
2. Maybe I'm totally totally missing it, but I don't see a way to edit habits. I somehow have meditate duplicated for every day as a habit and can't see where to...

Git blame for LLMs is a cool idea! I don't think I've seen anything like this before. This feels like a super natural evolution of version control.

@nmontone I love products built out of solving specific issues. It sounds like this is focused on mostly analyzing and optimizing queries. I'm curious if it has any functionality for actually changing a database? Something kind of like Cursor compose. Or are you more focused on optimizing for quick and accurate queries?

@artiomyak This is really cool! I'm in the middle of reading Code: The Hidden Language of Computer Hardware and Software by Charles Petzold so I've had binary systems on the brain lately. This is a fun way to play around with that.
Out of curiosity, what was your reason for wanting to build this?

@richiemcilroy This looks great! I see you used Tauri. I've been considering using it for a personal project, but haven't tried it out yet. I know a lot of people have used Electron, but haven't seen as many examples of products built with Tauri. How did you find the experience? Would you still recommend it?
