I might be alien to this, but in a workplace, you are supposed to focus on providing great products, services, etc.
Anything else would be either political or cultural, and it sounds really unnecessary and just inappropriate.
A workplace has to get away from topics that shouldn't be there in the first place. A neutral environment that let people exercise their professions and skills to...

Years ago, I went with Balsamiq Wireframe, as a beginner, it was the easiest and most flexible to use. I would recommend it for a first-timer, then transfer your design to Figma for a realistic look.

For now, I am simply using AI to generate dm's, social media posts, and other content and with some little help using "keywords", it's able to put things together. It actually became one of my best assistants while I was extremely skeptical about AI back then.
Here is an example:
Hey everyone! Have you ever wondered how I manage to create such neat and engaging social media posts all the...

Hi! You could add geolocalisation and a mapping system to let people list unique deals or prices for the same product during that day. I tend to drive from one supermarket to another one since some of them sell the same product but are 0.50€ cheaper.
Sometimes you just wish that any sort of app could provide a community to share the current price within my location (5km radius). Prices are...

This a very interesting post. Product Hunt will probably need to re-organize itself when it comes to the launched product page. I think it should cover categories based on the industry the product is made for.
Let those Product Makers have their own Product of the Day, so they don't compete for something totally different.
More importantly, it would be a great feature for Product Makers to...

If it can be easily made up, it raises the question that the majority are fake. As you mentioned, they don't link to any social profile, yet again, it could be as well fabricated. To me, if the app doesn't provide a free trial, they don't matter. If they do not offer any trial, and you got to commit straight up, to me, it usually means there are red flags on the product. I usually go on Youtube...

If you base your success on upvotes, you are gonna end up with a surprise. Nobody knows if the upvotes are converting to actual free/paid users or active members within your own platform. I couldn't find this type of information anywhere yet. Like what Joan Mateo Duarte mentioned, Networking and I would add being aggressive about it. But to me, that ain't it. You can try to post a topic on the...

I personally only do the things I do best, and they are very often not something I could find anywhere else.
For the other things, I usually try just to document it as much as possible, with a brief introduction of the "idea/concept", and adding some illustrations that I could find online. Then, I would go to Fiverr or any other platform to do it for me.
For soft skills, I always try to do...

12 projects a year sounds insane, would be curious to know the nature of the projects. It seems to be something that successful entrepreneurs would engage in, since they may have the data and resources to enroll in that many projects within only 12 months. They throw stuff and see what sticks on the wall. For somebody who is starting from the bottom, one project is already a luxury, I don't...

The valuable ones are those willing to answer your survey about how helpful your product is daily. Does it provide everything they want compared to your competitors (if there are any)? Is it vital to their activity? How much does it contribute to their success? Basically, you gotta narrow it down to where you get to have enough data to be confident enough to turn off the free access to all of...

The potential is based on your capacity to build a product that offers a solution that is being sought out by the public, or if you are more ambitious, could create a trend within a given community.
Depending on what industry/field you are on, you will have to be well-informed. You can read journals, forums, and online research (topics, comments on "x" products, issues within the field, etc)....

Hi!
1. To me, the steps are crystal clear, could hardly do better. You could improve the visuals, but that's about it. For a prototype, that's a solid 9/10 presentation.
2. I don't know! ; D
Best of luck, that's quite an original tool.

That's a very Interesting topic! I think copycats will always be behind the curve when it comes to being at the top of the competition. As you mentioned, they copy feature by feature, without putting their own spin on it. The reason is that they do not have the required inner qualities of a maker that went from scratch. They lack the understanding and the skills to perform within their own...

I am not sure if I got it right, but, I would be curious to know why a company would hold back from enhancing the employee experience in the first place. And then, it would just place it under a bid in exchange for collecting employee data. Some employees would see this with a bad eye.
And what are the repercussions if applying this system makes it worse for the employee?
I doubt that any...

Streaks, upvotes, and comments (from what I have seen so far) are mostly vanity metrics. It would be interesting to have a specific page dedicated to product makers, sharing their work, progress, and struggles. It could open up to comments helping people to get their goals straight into making it. To me, it sounds more interesting than simply posting questions that may not be related to...

It's alright, good start! At least it's working. Just go shorter on what the app is doing and not the super ultra-long text, try to put a visual and then the vision you have at the bottom into a paragraph or two. That's quite a unique concept, an interesting take and it might lead somewhere great! I won't say anything about the design, it's good enough for me! I don't have the best design...

Try Loom! I am recording myself recently, and going through what I need to do during the day. It helps to put myself in a situation where I need to be active. Then I can easily share with the team if necessary. They get my word of the subject + the visual = perfection ;D

Listing every step of a task is actually quite the best you could do to unload those heavy "mental stacks". As you said, they feel much bigger than they really are. But then, it just unfolds quite easily when you dive deep into those things, which at first, felt impossible to achieve.
