Giving unique value on top of that GPT integration - I think that we're outgrowing a nice UI and a GPT backend for queries. Now the product should be something that is difficult to copy, and provides actual value with the constraints of security and privacy

Ideas are nothing without execution. You don't need to safeguard anything as if it was so easy to copy, people will copy it once you launch. Your moat could just be you and your founding team - the people who can take this idea, turn it into a clear vision and build company around it

Using AI for automating manual tasks, there are so many things I do every day that AI can do for me, from drafting emails to giving me updates on sprints

Planning one myself at the moment, I guess in B2B there's an emphasis on the quality rather than quantity, meaning more direct conversations rather than social media activity (but still finding a balance between both methods) Remember that people buy from people, and your personal presence and attention is as important as your product features

I think it comes down to if you want to. If you feel passionate and creative, go for it, and work for as long as you want. If you want to rest, that's fine too. Do whatever as long as you don't judge or shame yourself - you can aim to work on weekends, but you should be completely ok with yourself if you don't. That's the best way IMO to keep yourself motivated for the long haul

We had a software development company, and saw that many of our clients experienced the same issues with back-end systems (expensive, slow to develop, hard to maintain). Wanted to make the integratione and tools parts easier on them :)

No, it's one thing to use it to rephrase or think about nice ideas but a whole other thing to write pointless comments, as you usually want people opinions and unique takes on subjects

Finding bugs and issues in my code (does not work all the time, but can help identify some issues) Also rephrasing and grammar-checking texts for various purposes

Maybe investing early in creators - just like a startup, get a contract for sharing future income from adds/sponsorships by investing a rather small amount in the beginning

Surround yourself with supportive co-workers and friends that you can talk freely about these feelings and that will remind you that you're capable and talented
