Hard to not get trap in working when you have dozens of emails and a project that drives you to always deliver more.... When not working, I prefer surfing than resting tho! :)

But I also truly believe that if it's for a project that you're passionate about, no matter how long you'll be in front of a screen - it's all about being driven by what we do. Just listen your mind/body , once you feel you need to recharge, get out of your screen and connect with people for leisure time!

Listening properly and replying straight and accurately to what the customer is requesting. Speed is important but quality but the response is definitely more important. This is always what I suggest to my team, I rather prefer have a customer that wait for a few more minutes, rather than going too fast and giving an answer that doesn't cover everything from the request.
What do you think is the most important thing for customer support?

How did you choose the name of your app?
