Here are my 2 cents: 1) Start building an audience WAY before your launch 2) Make sure your product is optimized and has testimonials/social proof before you launch

Here's what I've found to work: 1) Setup DKIM, SPF and DMARC records 2) Make sure you're using a dedicated IP address (not shared with other people) 3) Make sure the domain and IP address are warmed up

If 2 apps have the same functionality, people will choose the one that looks better. If 1 app looks better than the other, but lacks important functionality, people will choose the uglier one with the better features for them.

It's possible to make a business work without personal branding, but personal branding can not only 100x your current business, but tremendously help you in starting new ones. So I'd say it's #1 priority for anyone who's serious about entrepreneurship.

Everything is a skill, but you can also have natural talent for it - which just means you're getting better ROI on time spent practicing than the average person.

Yep, same happened with my last launch. I was losing upvotes every week after launch, but then suddenly I regained a bunch of upvotes. I am assuming it's flagging some upvotes as bots.

Here are my 2 cents: One-time payments work well for high-ticket offers. For low-ticket offers, you can provide multiple one-time offers that would encourage users to repurchase from time to time, mimicking recurring revenue. Subscriptions are great to have a viable long-term business, but some offers make more sense as a one-time payment; so depends on what you're selling.

I've found cold DMs to be the best way to get your first 100 users. After you get qualitative feedback and testimonials from them, you can switch to a different strategy that scales better.
