My favorite website is https://www.ejable.com
But then a more important question is why? Well, the reasons:
1) This is my website ;)
But, well, is that a good enough reason? Yes and NO. Our business, which not only brings profits to support over 15 families of employees but adds some value to the outsourcers, is my company ReachExt K.K. Therefore, I could have named it, but no, I...

An interview with ChatGPT about Ethics (no citations). Real questions start midway.
Content writers get credits from search engines, and even Wikipedia cites the sources; however, though these generative AIs get their information and data from the content available on the internet, the poor guys who put in all the efforts in research and content generation do not get any credits.

Coming from the IT industry, when I thought of going for business, we started an IT-focused recruitment company (ReachExt K.K.) in Japan. It was a risk with zero background in the industry, but a plus because of IT background. We grew fast and one day someone approached that they owned a domain name EmploymentJapan.com and wanted to sell that. We bought it without much thought.
Then we decided...

We can't avoid external hiring for leaders, but my preference is more on creating the leaders from the existing employees. This is one of my interview in which I talked about this point also: https://ideamensch.com/himanshu-...
Will you promote a leader within the team or hire from outside? Why?

Hey @deniz_ay, this one is good - https://hyperwriteai.com/
Though as with any tool, enhancement in the features and use is always welcomed and I would love them to add some more features myself but we have used them on https://www.employmentjapan.com/... and found them good so far.

@jefffis, I visited your website ant it's quite good. In fact, we also launched a Job board 4 months back (well, completely different niche and hence complementing and not competing :)).
I had come up with this idea to give competition to ourselves - you can check the story. So, basically after I quit my career in the IT industry and entered the unknown waters (story), it was in IT focused...

People with side projects always need exposure. So. if such websites are built and run properly then they have potential to be successful. For any website I start from checking the domain ranking to guess how good or bad they are. Beta list's domain rating is 74 with over 12,000 backlinks. And that indicates that they are doing something right.

I generally try to work on things I love - my businesses since I came out of the corporate rat race. And if you are building something with passion, you are automatically focused.
In fact I would say that if we need some aid to focus on our work then we are not loving what we are doing - and then it might be the time to look for options :)
How do you focus while working?

It is always about the following three things:
1) Unique idea and lack of competition - well, that's quite a difficult one.
2) Incoming money - good visibility to get venture capital OR customers. The latter is very important. If one gets even a couple of clients for a side project if I am that "one" then I would jump into it fulltime.
What metric you think is the most important to consider your side project to pursue it for full time

Hi Jaisal,
Running ReachExt K.K. for the past 3+ years and seeing it growing better than my expectations when I started it, I went for a side-project https://www.employmentjapan.com/.
The idea was to offer a cost-effective solution to companies )while assisting professionals) for the following pain areas:
1) Huge demand-sully gap in tech opportunities and available talent pool in Japan...

A new similar project from Japan is https://www.employmentjapan.com. The main difference is that this site is intended to connect English-speaking tech talent for jobs in Japan and also to connect Japanese companies in other countries with Japanese-speaking bilingual talent. It also has a lot of (and expanding) knowledge base about IT and Japan.
Most inspiring business story that you have read recently.
