Users turn to products to solve their tasks, but only a well-designed interface allows them to do so with enjoyment. Ultimately, from a business perspective, a good UI is an opportunity to increase pricing and boost profitability or gain a significant competitive advantage. And what could be more important?

The approach depends on the primary goal of the MVP: securing investments, attracting initial users, or aligning the team’s vision. If the focus is on users, it’s essential to establish a funnel that tracks the journey from the first interaction — such as through social media — to the completion of the target action. B2C is a bit harder to develop in the early stages. Customers are too unpredictable, and you can never fully understand their needs and behavior. As a result, some things have to be guessed. However, as they become familiar with the app, they tend to be more forgiving of certain mistakes, unlike businesses.

Give the team more autonomy to make their own decisions. Mistakes may happen at first, but with thoughtful guidance and corrections, they will learn quickly. This approach ultimately increases engagement, improves teamwork, and frees up some of my time.
