Focus on the core product, not all the extraneous bells and whistles. Get the infrastructure right. You can always (and probably will) redesign the UI later.

This is a very interesting product. Seems like today's tech is all about inserting AI between humans and previous tech (like computers). This product is like a portable Alexa, but more capable. I expect things will trend this way in the future.
