When we were publishing every day we scanned content and sources of interest every day and then wrote ours. That as professional content. Personal content can come from anywhere. Memories, pictures, major events, moments that made us think. Creating content frequently requires knowing when a piece is done. So many people overthink it when trying to publish regularly. For me it’s been newsletters. The inbox is a personal place and creating relationships there to me a reflection of good content that people commit to consuming. That commitment signals loyalty. We've been expanding self-serve customer service tools like a start guide, documentation, and youtube videos with guides on how to do things. I'm at beehiiv, and these have been big as we've seen a little more growth than usual lately. Highly recommend. Hope that helps!

I've found that sharing great content in the same niche helps fine people who want to solve the same problems as your product. They just haven't found the product yet. beehiiv. I started with them a few months ago for my company, which is a newsletter as a business (thelevelups.com). The features help with growth and the pricing is very good after 50k subscribers compared to competitors.

We setup NPS, and try to clear our support inbox a few times a day at least. Lately, self-serve tools have been our focus. Faster answers for customers. We have support docs + guides, but we've repurposed it based on use cases: - "get started guide" - "how to maximize x features for y goal" - FAQs Our onboarding emails have helped a bit, especially when we slide self-serve pages into them....

Pretty much the same. We had a zoom paint night with a few drinks and just took it easy! Felt great, people liked it, and it was something most of us would normally never do, so a cool experience!

It can help but it's hit or miss. It helps if you already have a big following on one platform that can flow into another, or share on another that they like more than the first platform. Yes it helps a lot in the beginning. But if the product sucks it won't matter because they'll all churn anyway (and then you'll look bad in front of that same audience). I've found newsletters to be a nice balance because people who subscribe are much more engaged. Using Twitter or Instagram is good top of funnel, but focusing on the audience you own and growing that worked for me. Hope...
