I look out the immediate functionality and see where the product can be used, then I check the if industry or category is an area am I interested in. Design, aesthetics and simplicity checks comes afterwards.

I use penpot for quick designs wireframes and prototyping the ideas VueJs is a good for frontend (easier to learn & use) Confluence for documentation and planning

I love this, very good alternative to apple wallet, as I can use on both Android and iOS. I could even try it without login 🔥 welldone @daria_ofitserova and the team behind this.

I will say Technology and Marketing are the most important followed by design. When there is a good tech and good marketing the product will be exposed to people, then you can start tweaking based on feedbacks to achieve PMF. We have seen beautiful products with no real exposure and nobody uses it.
