I guess some of them are just here to take a look: create an account and quickly write a standardized profile. Lost interest and disappeared. If you are active and helpful in the community, I don't think such accounts will have some negative impact on you. After all, PH should deal with them but not honest users:)

We use them both to cover different user needs.

It's a big topic. How to define "truly understand" could be complicated... But if AI can get human's body language or expression and understand it, that will be amazing.

Maybe hold some new discussion about dogs? For example, I'm only a cat owner so I don't really need a dog bed. But if there's a topic about how to take good cares of pets, I will probably view it, then you're likely to get me to click through to view your product whether I have dog or not. And you can also know who may interested in this topic in this community.

I can feel the warmth as soon as I first open the interface. Very happy to see it, this is the first app I’ve seen that combines mental health and journaling.
