In-house or Outsource?
For building you products, how do you hire design/dev services? Would you have an in-house team or would you outsource these services to an agency? Or would you do a hybrid model, like in-house product team, and outsource marketing-related efforts?

My Fridays are usually less heavy lifting, and more abstract work. Think of it as "Working ON the business" instead of "Working IN the business". Enjoy a more relaxed and shorter work day, while dedicating your efforts to solve the bigger issues you have.

I love remote, and wouldn't switch to a full office regime. After running a fully distributed team for 10 years now, I see a lot of advantages for each team member, but I also see some caveats. Intense collaboration sessions are not the same thing when people are remote. There is some real magic that happens on these brainstorming sessions, that a full remote team just can't access.
