We made the experience at our SaaS product, that the effort to keep a language up to date is much higher than your profit is. English is a must-have but everything else is just optional.

Implement a workflow or routine to ask customers, at the moment there are happy:
We try to provide great user support via community forum and email.
Every time we solve the problem of a customer, we ask the customer to write a short quote about us on one of the major platforms.
In this way, we have quite a good response rate. Just asking them over and over via newsletter or on the website was...

I can not recommend TikTok for marketing. For some months we had the fastest growing TikTok Channel in Germany with Millions of views per week. In the end we could not get anything out of it.
It was not possible to measure anything: page openings, registrations, subscription... There were none.
Therefore I would invest my time on another platform.
How many of you have used Tiktok for business or personal branding? Has it worked?

To be honest, I don't subscribe to newsletters. Even not my own...
What I love are tech podcasts like darknet diaries or wild wild tech...

Thanks for all your feedback. Just as a summary of 8 hours or product hunt launch: I nearly spend the whole day on my launch page, answering all the comments and on linked in talking to people that are interested in product hunt.
For sure, we build up our community base upfront and send them emails. But I have the feeling that every vote is the consequence of a real chat with a real person.

I use ChatGPT (v4) nearly every day but for quite easy tasks like "translations", writing summaries etc.
I am convinced that AI is still not "intelligent" enough to really produce good results - especially because you should never take the results for granted...

Definitely LinkedIn. But I think it depends on the use case. LinkedIn is for me more business connection related while Twitter is more a "follow interesting people".
Which platform are you more active on, Twitter or LinkedIn?

Short email with clear call to action. Still be genious and ask for support. Don't push your users/fans/customers.
Planning to send out newsletter to our users to support our launch. Any tips?

The main point is to understand the real issue behind the conflict. Is it purely about facts, or are hurt feelings and disappointment at play? In my experience, most team conflicts are more about emotions than factual disagreements. Therefore, itβs crucial to take the time to communicate openly and extensively.
