    Do you prefer user manual or personalized tech support?

    While using an enterprise platform, we often need to search the help section, find the relevant document and then flip screens [read the instructions from manual and then execute them].     Making Product Hunt guides interactive

    I am sure all of you have read PH guides. As a founder, its very hard to read all of that, retain them, and act in optimal fashion.     Product Managers: How do you handle repeated questions from Sales reps

    After I sold my previous company, I suddenly had a big sales/support team. Despite of repeated training and collateral, they kept on asking me the same questions (iMessage, Teams, Email, Call).
