Thoughts on doing this as a service for other B2B agencies/SaaS?
I have a side project called the growth archive, where I curate real world B2B marketing examples in a weekly newsletter and also my gallery site.
I've used this as a strategy to show my expertise, build connections and sign new clients for my growth assistant agency.
For example, I could have a separate email marketing service that focuses on sharing successful real world web design examples...

Any agencies that offer newsletter nurturing as a service?
1. Reach out to clients who have decent website traffic, but no newsletter.
2. Sell to implement an exit intent newsletter popup / lead msgnet and other things for the client to catch traffic that isn't ready to convert yet.
3. Run a newsletter on a relevant topic for the audience or could repurpose their blog/podcast content into a newsletter, with list management, welcome automations,...

Thoughts/experiences with VA agencies?
I've started one that connects South African marketing talent(My home country) to the US.
I have not seen a lot of agencies do this, the majority specialize in talent from the Philippines. This surprised me because we have top Unis for marketing and graphic design roles.
We have the highest unemployment rate in the world at 29.8%.. and there's a lot of great talent that goes wasted or ends...
