Using it since 2 years and loving it, which is quite an achievment for a to-do freak like me.
Pros: slick client app, multiplatform, "ai powered" bulk reschedule, calendar intergration, karma, multiple reminders, DSL, active development
Cons: some of the essential features only for premium accounts
