Socializing is important but not every day:) As Spiky.ai, we work 100% remotely, but we meet and work with the teammates that live in the same city and we really enjoy it. One can work more passionate and friendly when he/she sees her/his coworkers once in a while

Unfortunately yes. I work and study my Master's degree at the same time so I have to work on weekends even if I do not like it :(

According to webinars I've been attended, cold outreach is not dead,but it is a number game. The best case reply rate is 2-5% (ooo automatic replies are not included). You need to find your target titles, industries,etc. By doing so, you will increase your reply rate.

Knowing your own limits is vital here.As long as you anticipate what you can and cannot do in a sprint and take the load accordingly, you are less likely to be burnout.
Also, sometimes it just doesn't work, you can't work, even if you try, you won't be finished :)You should not be too hard on yourself and take a break

Finding your target market and people is not easy. It requires lots of market& competitor research. Also, I think one can be sure after a long time if for example the cold outreach stats like call to action(click rate-meeting set,etc.)
