Overall we like this product and have just started using it, will continue to use it and see how it goes.
Pros:
- Love the splitting of transactions
- Having one account for both personal and shared that the partner can also interact with is a game changer
- Hashtags are a cool concept
Cons
- Hashtags can get a bit clunky/annoying to use. I have to tell my wife to use the same hashtag for a joint account or else it won't pick it up.
- UI is a bit clunky. I noticed a few spelling mistakes (especially in the settings window)
- We still had to rely on Mint to get our trends and then go back to Zeta to use those as budgets. Zeta needs a trends feature similar to Mint
- No upload of transactions using spreadsheet. Cap One is not allowing linking so i have to manually enter all transactions
- Some clunky usability. Wife logged into her account, created a hashtag for her personal account which then showed up in our joint account as a hashtag when I logged into my account.
Overall great software but still relying on mint until some of these things get worked out
