If I could give 0 stars I would. They are fraudulent! They bill after cancelation and then do not refund money. They blocked my email address after I requested a refund. I filed a complaint with the FTC concerning this fraudulent company. BE WARNED

I wanted to try it out for my new pup and I had to pay 6.99 for a 7day trial. I was looking around the app on how to cancel before the 7days. I couldn’t find how to cancel….then they deducted 39.99 from my account. I emailed them a few times no response…I commented on the instagram page and the reported my comments and I’m unable to post on instagram because they reported me. I only asked them to cancel my plan and refund my 39.99. Will someone please tell me how to cancel. Per their IG account…multiple people are having this same issue

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - BEWARE I’m not the first one leaving reviews saying that they take your money and don’t issue refunds even when you explain and have proof of not using the app! The terms and conditions are tiny, no one reads them! I purchased a promotion for 3 months, I used it for a few days and never again because I didn’t like it. And since the app doesn’t say that the subscription is automatically renewed I didn’t even know that I was going to get charged again. They don’t even have an option to cancel de subscription from the app! I emailed support explaining this, also that I haven’t been using the app nor do I want to use it again and requested a full refund, which they denied. After insisting they offered a 25% refund. If they would be honest they’d give a full refund!!! Especially when seeing that I haven’t been using the app.

Hey! As a feature dog owner to be I'm happy to have such fantastic recommendations from Woofz in the app! That's a great app! I heard they announced course about shelter dogs can't wait to see it, because my plan is to adopt a dog! Thank you guys!

This company is a bunch of scammers. Disgusting business etiquette. Thieves. I want my money back or I will continue to make the public aware of how dishonest you are and how you steal from people.

Very cool experience. App is amazing cause I have a dog (Jack Russel, 2 years old). Strongly recommend to all dog owners!

Woofz app is a perfect choice for me and my pet, Phoenix. We learned several new commands, it was easy and funny :) Also, the design of app is very cute, it is easy to understand and to use. I highly recommend to try for all dog owners ❤️
