I think their customer service gives me pause. I genuinely liked the product . I think there definitely Is value in the correlations the software finds. However Not only did i deal with agents i could prove were lying but the developer “responded” to my negative review, claiming it was an isolated misunderstanding, which it wasnt,and that the issue was resolvable which it was not.
Which has me wondering, if i cant trust them with my money should I really want to trust them with my data?
