Hey everyone! 🖖 After analyzing 25 million measurements from our users for patterns, we at Welltory were able to develop a new, innovative way to measure health. Everything we do at Welltory is backed up with scientific research. We are proud to say that dozens of peer-reviewed studies have been done using the Welltory app by researchers at University College London, Johns Hopkins University, Harvard Medical School, and more. With Welltory, your fragmented health and fitness data becomes knowledge. Designed as a narrative, personalized feed, the app is like having your own health coach who gives you actionable advice every day. 🙋‍♂️ Get daily move goals, progress reports, and smart lifestyle recommendations. 🚴‍♂️ Monitor your workout performance and recovery with our workout analytics — they’re based on personalized heart rate zones that adapt to how your body feels. 📚 See how you spend your time and what you do online with lifelogging — a digital autobiography that can improve your life. Sync other apps with Welltory to track pull requests on GitHub, calendar meetings, tweets, and more. 🗺 Track how often you visit bars & restaurants, theaters, and other places and how much time you spend shopping, walking, driving, or hanging out at home. Just turn on GeoSci — a set of self-learning algorithms that analyze the places you visit. 🧘‍♀️ Check how mindfulness impacts your body. We’ll track and analyze your meditation or breathing practice to show how it affected your heart. You can also use Welltory to see how your workouts, sleep, hobbies, and even the weather affect your stress & energy levels. For a deeper dive, Welltory provides even more features: 🔸 Smartest blood pressure interpretation 🔸 Science-backed breathing practices, sent to your feed when you need them most 🔸 Short, evidence-based facts about your health & body 🔸 A knowledge base of self-tests and lectures 🔸 Personalized recommendations to help you cope with anxiety, panic attacks, and insomnia. Remember that changing your lifestyle can make you healthier, but it’s important to get regular check-ups and keep in touch with your doctor if you have any medical conditions. BTW, We’re probably the only app that will recommend you to SKIP 😵 your workout if your data signals you need a day off. Let us know what you think!
Jane Smorodnikova
@ppravdin @ntald Here are three following features: - overtraining detection for professional athletes; - one science fact you should know, delivered daily; - causal data analysis and more insights with automatic generation of "science papers" about you. For example, if you are a developer that synced a GitHub account and Apple Health to Welltory, we will show you if your yesterday's sleep affected the number of pull requests you got today. It will look like an actual science paper, in pdf, generated by our AI.

Congrats guys! What you do with a health data is amazing. I wish you either become a hot 🦄 or get acquired at a great evaluation. :-)
Pavel Pravdin
@rsedykh Thanks a bunch!

Hey Hunters, I’m Jane 👋 Wellory is a team of health scientists, data researchers, and engineers striving to make people's lives happier, healthier, and more productive. We realize that people are unique — we all want what works for us personally, not one-size-fits-all solutions like “exercise, eat right, sleep well.“ And we want to feel better now, not 10 years from now. That’s why Welltory offers you a personalized feed featuring you and your health, based on serious scientific research. We love you for who you are and we want to help you live your best life every day. Welltory uses smart algorithms to interpret your health data from over 120 apps and wearable fitness trackers, giving you actionable advice to improve your daily life. Your heart can tell you a lot about how your body’s doing: 🔬Check your stress and productivity levels anytime, anywhere. Welltory has the best heart rate variability (HRV) measurement and interpretation algorithms on the market. ⌚ If you have an Apple Watch, you can sync it with Welltory to turn your data into detailed, individually tailored health recommendations. Or get feedback from your body whenever you want — just take heartbeat measurements with your phone’s camera. 📈 Get 24h heart reports that help you get to know your heart better and see how various activities, such as sleep or exercise, impact it. You can’t even imagine how many unique, surprising insights you can get by combining heartbeat analytics with other personal health and fitness data. That’s all from me. Go ahead and discover your own eye-opening insights with Welltory 3.0. If there’s something I missed, @ppravdin will cover it. Let me know if you have any questions or feedback.

Looks great, need to try it! Design is really cool for an app and landing too. But in my personal opinion, on a landing page not allowing to scroll it is a little annoying and slowing me 😀 I understand that's a point, but anyway.
Roman Evstigneev
@ssleptsov Hi Sergey! Thank you for your comment. I will let our design team know, they'll be happy to hear it. About scrolling through the landing page - right now we are looking for alternatives and thinking about how to do it better.
Jane Kovalkova
Welltory has come to save me from anxiety, this is an incredible app. I especially enjoy breathing exercises and checking my stress level. I've been looking for a similar app for a long time, but I was surprised that there is much more in it than I expected. Thanks!
Pavel Pravdin
@jkovalkova Your kind words warmed my heart.
Pavel Yuriev
Hi guys! This update is awesome, true rocket science! But I didn't get how actually my activities will be logged... Do I need to input it every time or the app do it automatically somehow?
Roman Evstigneev
@pavlunchik Hey there, thanks for your support! We can sync your data from almost any wearable device or fitness app. So if you track your activities through any device you’ve synced with the app, Welltory will know about it.
Kate Khmarskaya
I really love Welltory! Not only because it's taking on extremely difficult tasks, but also because I've been using it for about 6 months, and I must say that it made my life much easier and saved me a lot of health, time and money.
Pavel Pravdin
Kate, I'm so grateful, thanks!

I think their customer service gives me pause. I genuinely liked the product . I think there definitely Is value in the correlations the software finds. However Not only did i deal with agents i could prove were lying but the developer “responded” to my negative review, claiming it was an isolated misunderstanding, which it wasnt, and that the issue was resolvable which it was not. Which has me wondering, if i cant trust them with my money should I really want to trust them with my data?
Alex Pospekhov
I've been using Welltory for two years. It's my main center of the all health activity with Apple Watch & Oura ring & meditation app. Can't imagine my life without it now.
Roman Evstigneev
Hi there, hunters! I’m Roman, from the marketing team at Welltory. I’m heading up our Product Hunt launch today 🚀🚀🚀 You may already know that it’s not easy to provide discounts via promo codes inside mobile apps, so here’s a link you can use in our app: https://welltory.com/deeplink/mo... If you have any questions, let me know in this thread and we’ll help you out 🤟

Welltory is truly the best app for stress management! I love it not only for an impressive functionality but for great way to visualise all of my data too. Welltory team do a really big work to achieve it, keep it up! ❤️
Pavel Pravdin
@mindsurfer Thank you!
Alexey Rumyantsev
I like your app!! Welltory team are cool!!) Although the user experience of comparing the results is not so good yet! But I hope you will change it some day!) Anyway Welltory app inspired me to create my app!)
Glen Creaser
Does it sync with Fitness for iOS? Looks great.
Roman Evstigneev
@glen_creaser You mean Apple Health?
Welltory
Hunter
@glen_creaser Sure, if you have a fitness tracker, go to your tracker’s app settings and enable data transfer to Apple Health, Google Fit, or Samsung Health. This will let us collect data about you automatically. Moreover, if you have Apple Watch, you can do both manual and automatic HRV measurements with your watch. And we will collect your workout, meditations, sleep, and the rest of the data from them. You can read more about it here: https://help.welltory.com/en/art...

Congratulations Jane and Pavel! Loved its UI and data driven insights :)
Pavel Pravdin
@adityavsc Thank you for your kind words and for supporting us during the launch.
Tedi Bricov
Just synced my Garmin with the app, and I must say I’m impressed. The app crunched my data right away and turned it into fitness goals that actually look doable. I’ve been taking measurements with the app for a while, but this takes it to a new level. Nice work!
Pavel Pravdin
Tedi, I am grateful for your feedback!
Nikita Krasnov
Looks like a lot of neat features packed into one app. I’m still poking around, but so far the measurements seem to match how I feel. Like the colorful visuals. Question: if I sync my Fitbit, can it take my heart rate from there directly? Or is that just for Apple Watch?
Roman Evstigneev
@new_user_44c2801835 You can connect Fitbit directly to Welltory and get data. However, so far only with the Apple Watch you can do background measurements.
ayberk bozkus
There seems to be some color problems. I suggest you try lighter colors. Your logo is very nice.
Pavel Pravdin
@ayberkbozkus Thanks for your feedback, we'll think about it!

?makers love the UX. Could you pls. share some examples of '. . . dozens of peer-reviewed studies have been done using the Welltory app by researchers at University College London, Johns Hopkins University, Harvard Medical School. . .'? (its John Hopkins btw)
Pavel Pravdin
Hey @vasgo! There are a couple studies from University College London "Knowing What You’re Doing or Knowing What to Do: How Stress Management Apps Support Reflection and Behaviour Change" https://discovery.ucl.ac.uk/id/e... And here’s the video about the study
Plus, there’s "Action Planning and Coping Planning: The Effects of Guided Reflection in Personal Informatics on a Successful Behaviour Change" https://uclic.ucl.ac.uk/content/... Johns Hopkins University also published "The Data-Based Self: Self-Quantification and the Data-Driven (Good) Life" https://muse.jhu.edu/article/748... And Harvard University published "Low Cost AI CardiovascularDisease Diagnosis Tool" https://dash.harvard.edu/bitstre... We also have a joint covid-19 study with Harvard Medical School, which will be published soon. Plus, there are another dozen or so covid-19 studies that used our data for their research: https://github.com/Welltory/hrv-... There is "Pre-Emption of Affliction Severity Using HRV Measurements from a Smart Wearable; Case-Study on SARS-Cov-2 Symptoms," which used our data https://www.mdpi.com/1424-8220/2... You can check out Welltory in Google Scholar, there is a ton in in there https://scholar.google.com/schol...
Vas
?makers And you must have a list of distinctive features that make Welltory SO much better than competition. Could you share it pls?
Roman Evstigneev
@vasgo Hello! It’s the only health app you’ll ever need. - 400+ charts to find out how different activities or events impact your body, mood, productivity, and more.
