I do not know if this is constructive but it’s honest and I like honesty and I do know I was lied to 2 different times so I sent it back to be lied to once again for the third time! So I went with a Wi-Fi programmable thermostat a lot less bs and a hell of a lot cheaper

We purchased our Waggle for a summer 2023 trip and we haven't looked back. This device is everything we were looking for and more. The unit allowed us to be away from our RV for hours knowing that all we needed to do was check in via the mobile AP or simply set up alerts. We love it so much we purchased another unit for our daughter's RV.

We are so happy with our Waggle Monitor. We use it in our camper and we have peace of mind that we get alerts when the temperature is too high or low. We use t his from Sprint to Fall, so we're so glad they offer a 6 month subscription. Thank you Waggle!

I’ve had my Waggle for a few years. I use it from around May to November- while we are competing in dog sports. I really like that I don’t need to be super close to check it. Sometimes it seems like it doesn’t update temps well- but when this happens it seems to be in heavily populated shows, where I’m guessing it’s just slow. Last fall I accidentally forgot to cancel the subscription and was able to get it refunded right away and canceled. I’ve had great luck with customer service. More excited since I have a new car and I can leave it plugged in to the charger while in the car.

It gave me the assurance I needed when I left my dog in my camper. After she passed away suddenly, I reached out to get the rest of my subscription refunded, which they obliged and they handled it very quickly.

Traveling with 2 dogs

We bought this product to help us be at ease leaving our two dogs in our van while we climb, hike, go out to eat or visit towns, especially in warm weather. We had always left them at home or didn't travel in warmer weather together. Found this product and it was a game changer. I practiced using it in my car first so I knew what to expect before using on a trip. There was a learning curve with the unit. It has to be fully charged before it can work, 7+ hrs. And the unit really likes to be plugged in. Yes it does still send me a reminder text/email when it is not plugged in but it really needs the full charge first and works better plugged in. If cell is spotty the unit has issues sending alerts. We have it plugged in but have not mounted it in the van to date as certain areas we travel have limited cell and the unit gets blocked at weird spots in the van. I always check to make sure I get a number and make adjustments to were it sits if not before we leave. We do have a 12V AC unit and can hear it from the outside but seeing the number makes us more relaxed. The AC unit is very quiet so it is deceiving some times from a distance. We have had a few issues with the unit. First the unit does not work in Canada. Which was kind of disappointing bc we were there over 2 weeks and the main reason we bought the unit. We understood bc we did have to get an international Verizon plan for our phones but disappointed there isn't an option for the Waggle. And didn't figure that out until we were there. The second issues was the unit wasn't resetting and we had to contact help to get it reset. It has now reset but it did take a few days to get it back up and running. There are helpful links on the app and it is fairly friendly to use. Play with the app first before traveling. When not using reset your notifications so you don't receive all the time. I highly recommend this unit. Can't wait for our next road trip. Our unit seems to do best if we keep it plugged in and charged when not traveling. Otherwise we are constantly resetting it when we need it and that can take a few hours/service. I just have to remember to bring it in to the house and not leave in the van when not traveling. Customer service has great when I have an issue.

I love this product. It gives me peace of mind when I leave my dog in the camper while I'm working. I had a monitor stop working one time, and they sent me a new one right away for free. I was also charged for the recurring subscription once because I forgot to cancel, and when I called them they just canceled it right away and refunded my money. The customer service is great and it works very well. Has been a super accurate monitor.

I can’t say enough about the Waggle Pet Monitor. I could not go off without constant worry when my precious Molly was in the camper. I always feared if something happened with the power or air and often would just not go depending on the weather. With Waggle I could go off knowing I would get notified and I could check it at anytime. Also Waggle customer service is wonderful, anytime I had a question they were very helpful and responsive.

Our Waggle would not connect to the app. We reset the Waggle multiple times and reinstalled the app. When that all failed, we contacted Waggle support. The first call we received couldn’t resolve our issue so they escalated our case. Within 24 hours, our Waggle service was remotely restored and we received an email saying the issue was resolved. We were very impressed with the prompt and thorough service we received.
