As an avid investor, particularly of real estate, ViewIT has allowed me access to properties which were geographically out of my reach, allowing me to assess them and make a preliminary call before even stepping foot on the property. This was a much needed app.
It gives me real time answers to my real estate queries. Like when I’m looking for an area closer to my kids school and comparing distance for different locations the AI gives me the answers faster than if I manually looked it up. Also allows me to compare various locals etc. Its a great platform that meets my real estate needs.
