An incredibly user friendly app for capturing feedback.. it's also incredibly well-supported which isn't always a given.
The easy integration and post-feedback workflows are second to none.

I have been using Userback for many years. It's one of its kind and can be used in different ways. Think of it as a user friendly feedback tool with screenshots enabled, a form to get users input, or as a project management tool to handle clients' requests. It is all that and more!
This product just gets better and better. I think we have used them all over the years and our favourite has just got a redesign. The best bit is we have yet to come across a client that has found a difficulty working with it.
I’ve used userback for a while now. They’ve never stopped growing and adding features, and have always provided a great service.
