UChat

I want to share my recent experience with UChat, a platform that has left me thoroughly frustrated and disappointed. UChat has a history of rushing out unfinished functionalities, leading to immense confusion and frustration for its users. One glaring issue is UChat's habit of releasing features that are not fully developed or tested. These premature releases have caused considerable confusion among users, including myself, as we grapple with functionalities that don't work as expected. It's incredibly frustrating to be subjected to such half-baked features, especially when they disrupt our workflow. UChat's integration with various third-party services is another area of concern. While the promise of integration is to streamline operations, UChat seems to absolve itself of responsibility when these integrations don't work flawlessly. This lack of accountability can lead to prolonged issues and negatively impact the efficiency of users like me. Furthermore, the co-founder's practice of blocking all complaints on UChat's Facebook page raises serious questions about transparency and accountability. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns, this approach seems geared towards maintaining an illusion of perfection. Perhaps the most significant letdown has been UChat's technical support. Small issues that should be resolved in a matter of hours or days often stretch into weeks or even a month without resolution. This extended timeframe is both inefficient and exasperating for users who depend on UChat for their operations. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that many of the earlier positive reviews were incentivized by UChat, offering free features in exchange for favorable feedback. This practice is not only deceptive but also undermines the credibility of UChat's reviews. In summary, UChat's rush to release unfinished features, unreliable integrations, poor technical support, and deceptive review practices have made it an increasingly frustrating and disappointing platform to work with. I sincerely hope that UChat takes user feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Uchat and it's team are AWESOME! Best chat platform by a mile

Simply the best Chat Bot ever, this is a growing product and extremely strong developers and management, they are simply available every where to listen, support, develop and entertain their customers. Personally, I tried many tools, most of them are good for personal and small business use cases, but UChat can be scaled easily to enterprise

Great experience customer support always responds within 1 day. The facebook community is constantly being updated on new features and changes users have requested. Easy to build chatbots with APIs, Mini Apps, Webooks, and it integrates with just about any channel you can think of.

Uchat has the unbeatable combination of an incredible team and powerful software. Hard to beat that. Highly recommend!
