Hi Ema, I am Tryp.com's CEO - I have checked your order and can see it couldn´t be fulfilled with the airline and was immediately refunded. You have received an email following your purchase informing you of that. Also, you have already received the refund in your bank account, as we didn´t capture the money to start with (capture of payment is only done once everything is confirmed). Please understand that not 100% of orders can be fulfilled, and your bank can take some time to notice the money wasn´t captured. Hope you understand this and I am sorry you were the less than 1% where something went wrong and you had to be fully refunded.
At first the website would just "hang in there." Probably too busy. But I tried again today and it's cool. I recommend being able to change the currency. Selecting a region or destination for preferred travel. Better description of the hotels. Overall I like the project so far. Also, it seems like nobody offers this, but it would be great if a tool like this would allow people to disallow transit through certain countries. ie: My wife is filipino and does not yet have the visa to pass through the US or Canada without a ton of red tape and hassle.
