Try What's Good alternatives

We are using Lattice in our organization for over a year now and it transformed our approach to employee performance and engagement. Its only drawback is that it offers an overwhelming amount of analytics that can be hard to navigate. It is also not the cheapest option on the market, but in our case it works effectively and totally worth the money. Goal setting and progress tracking is something every business needs for continuous growth.

It's okay, but we don't use it that much. Some things are just not requiring that much management, or certainly not in a platform like this. It does have some limitations for customising a best self review cycle for example.

I love how this is showing my actual customer reviews. It’s really giving my company website more legitimacy and helped increase sales. I definitely can see that we have been busier since I added this to the site.
