I have read a couple of posts from @gorosz and I have to say they are super in detailed with incredible insights, a must read for product and project managers, tech leads, managers and even devs. Congrats on the launch 👏

Engineering manager and paying subscriber here — I just cannot recommend The Pragmatic Engineer strongly enough. It's a fantastic resource, and I'd happily pay more money for it. I think the thing I appreciate most is that @gorosz really does go very deep into topics, to the point of sharing (anonymized) concrete resources like project plans, performance review structures, hiring pipelines, team planning documents, etc. There's so much in here that I can directly apply in my own environment. I'm very grateful to have found this newsletter.
