Social media integration for analysis should be improved. All in all, love it!
good UI. Understandable results. I need a reminder to use it every time :)
Teamscope helps to solve a key question for growing companies: out of a number of candidates for a position, who would fit best in our team?
Teamscope is impressive for its initial capability set, and the UI is exceptional in many ways. The holistic overview of teams and individuals is both interesting and useful.
However, I consider Teamscope to be an early product which possess much more as-yet-unrealized potential than current utility. The psychological underpinnings of personality congruence in teams are a fantastic start, but Teamscope needs to expand its foundational assumption-set to include research on teams and teamwork from the domains of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, and Cognitivie Science. Teams don't work (or not) simply due to personalities, as that is only 1 nodal reference point in a complex network of human psycho-social interaction, and when we introduce that into socio-technical systems, the dynamics change even more (people interact with technology differently than they do with other people). Personality analysis is the tip of the very, very large iceberg. I'm excited to see what Teamscope will be able to do.
I am part of the Enhancv team and we are currently working with TeamScope. It help us get our teams better, be more efficient and think deeply about our hiring process.
To hire the correct person you need to know his/er profile and also the profile of all your team members with whom they will be working to find the correct match. Teamscope helps you to do that
It would be interesting to have job examples in the suggestions extra to the types of environments described in the categories of the results, or industry examples.
People often try to figure out what their calling is, these types of tests would be perfect for that - making a detailed market/personality analysis and adding industries and/or jobs as suggestions would be a fine addition to your product.
We have used it to analyse our own team for development purpose. This is an additional value of the Team Scope for any team even without a necessity to hire new members.
Tested this on the teams in our incubator and the feedback is really good. Go!
we have used the system on 1 team + i have personally tested some features. looks promising! still many things can be added in the future, but basis is there.
