I think the ease of use and intuitiveness is the biggest selling point, especially for teams that need to collaborate while sharing video. It would be great to use it to collaborate with external parties as well.
Firstly I could start using Tape without anything to install and while I think that's a great feature, Still, sometimes I think people find it comfy when using browser extensions or desktop apps so they can capture contexts to talk at any moment like Loom does.
I was surprised when I was using the Loom browser extension because it really understood the context of my workflow for example the icon showed up when I was writing pull request reviews on GitHub, etc.
Secondly, the founder Jay and their team are passionate and supportive of users.
At this moment including product hunt promotion it's also a really cost-effective solution for async video software.
Despite early stages, interface is great, alot of potential is here, I am eager to explore more features ahead, and hope more additions to be introduced to keep me exited :)
Easy to ask some task to my co-worker and communicate with our customer. Watching pages with description, It is not anxiety anymore to produce misunderstanding.
