I purchased the basic plan in May 2023, but I no longer use my credits and want to cancel the monthly billing. However, I haven't received any response to my messages. As another user mentioned, the website is obscure, and they don't respond to comments or my personal email. This, in itself, is a terrible sign, demonstrating complete disregard for users. Stay away from this company!!
The option to transfer the story to a PDF file is not accessible
There is no option to share the story or to create a video from it.

I purchased a premium plan to generate stories easily and the App doesn't work, images are broken or badly created, very bad quality, also, the images repeat between different paragraphs.
All those errors were supposed to be fixed in a week at the time of my purchase 26/03/23 and the bugs are still there.
There is no real customer service, no contact form, no phone number (very shady website), I managed to somehow find Jim Clyde's email address from the receipt and asked for a full refund since I did not use my credits and the app is full broken. He/They has not replied until now.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
