These guys are borderline crooks. I forgot I had auto renew on my subscription. Contacted them immediately after I noticed my card had been charged for a renewal. Did not want to renew because I got zero value out of my subscription. Tried 2 email contact addresses and 2 months later still no one has bothered to reply.
