I have learned about this AI in a social media course. Loved it and wanted to purchase the subscription and tired all my Canadian cards to complete the purchase but none of them went through. I emailed them and also started a chat conversation on 27 July and today it is 2 August. They didnt even acknowledge my message in first place and on 31 july when i questioned them about their intentions to resolve; thats when they responded saying they will look into it. Again, nothing till now. Pathetic business support and i am surprised that who even behaves this way when it comes to a customer. I really loved this AI Tool and was recommending others but now; i wont. Worst service.
