The worst tool i've ever used, their support does not even work, i got charged for a second time, asked for refund and left on seen... If you even consider yourself as respected services provider, then act like it. All you needed to do was reply and you screwed up. The tool itself worked below average, i would consider it when i need fast output with poor quality, it reminds me like gpt 3 outputs.
