I remember back in my Internal MarComms life how many lifeless hours I used to spend in og email surveying tools like SurveyGizmo just to hope for a >1% response rate another not-so-fun task was having to code open feedback from the various forms living in the wild. Being able to see my customers regularly collecting hundreds/thousands of responses from their surveys + Not having to spend hours coding responses via tSprig's AI gives me great joy & candidly, envy (wish there were tools like Sprig back then!).

I would not recommend this product. Customer service was very poor. Even the head of infrastructure Benjamin Gardella was unprofessional and negative. Just for that I don't see myself utilizing the platform. See issues down the road with this company.
