Spreadshare alternatives

Big fan of Airtable. We use it at Weekend Fund to manage our CRM of founders, LPs, etc. and pipeline of companies we're speaking with. There are purpose-built CRMs for similar use cases but I like that Airtable is generalized and flexible to adapt to our needs. It also has several integrations that trigger automations (via Zapier) for various workflows.

This is the most revolutionary app I've used for my elementary school's data management. Easy to use and incredibly powerful and flexible. The learning curve is minimal for the non-engineers in my team. They're used to Excel and Sheets so they don't have to learn a whole new UI to see and search data. The devs in the team have access to the API so we've been able to integrate it seamlessly into our Customer Portals so that the backend is basically a collection of Google Sheets while the front end is a full-featured Web App. What a revolution this has been!

It's a great platform for building your own branded community. You can customise it totally to your brand and create as many spaces/groups as you need. It's just not so easy to get around the logic of how to use, but the videos and the webinars helped to understand how to use.
