So I am using level app the day it was launched. The app is actually more than outstanding. Every single feature of the app is important for all of us. My favourite feature from the app is listening to relaxation music. Whenever I had glitch in app I communicated with team & team is great. If I had to suggest new feature then I have always shared it with the team & also with the founders of the level app. When this app was launched & when the team, founders asked for the suggestions & reviews I asked them to add meditation session in voice of harshil karia sir & Ranveer Allahbadia ( BeerBiceps ). Plus I also suggested to add steps calculator feature. Guess what both of this features were added last year in the app & I am really grateful for this. The interface of the app is cute & the app is easy to use. We can download & use the app for free.

Do not recommend. The Crown didn't operate as implied on the website. There is an image on the home page of their website which shows a User's graph when they have been tracking their brain waves while working for over 2 hours, however it's not possible to do this with the app and device that I have. The supplied app (with prioprietary music) only works for 5 minutes at a time and you're meant to stop what you're doing, close your eyes and focus on the music while it's playing ie. you cannot use it continuously while you work. The manufacturers suggest you can you link it with a Spotify premium account but this is just playing publically available music and I can see no way to monitor what my brain waves are doing during those sessions.
