We have been using Specific to organise our user feedback.
Our previous process worked but it was too unwieldy and time consuming.
This is where Specific comes in! In Specific our favourite feature is linking bits of feedback directly to features.
How do we use it? We create a long-form text with user feedback (think like a transcript of a call). Previously we needed to copy bits of feedback to the relevant feature requests. Now, thanks to Specific, we can link the relevant paragraphs easily to specific features / user asks.
