Creators stopped answering to e-mails, instead they created a moderated forum where all your questions need to be reviewed before they show up. There are some backers that have not received their camera at all.

Review of SimCam
I bought this camera as it fits my needs of no cloud. The problem is it will not pair. I have reloaded, rebooted, re registered and nothing helps. I hired a geek to come to my house to see if he could make it work. Nope he could not get it to pair either. The fault I think is in the software. It seems unable to read the code sent by SimCam. That makes this less than worthless. Added into this mess is they are not responding to emails any longer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Zero stars
