Signed up to test it out. Paid for a month to try and work through the multiple companies we use. Service was cancelled abruptly before the month was through with no notice whatsoever. They didn't even refund the fee. Additionally, they provided no opportunity to delete our personal or company data, including sensitive data that they ask for upon sign up. There was no opportunity to revoke access to bank accounts either. Founders beware - do not use.

For obvious reasons we can’t discuss specific cases publicly so I’ll give an overview of how we deal with account closures.
Some background for context: Over the last 12 months, we've opened many thousands of accounts. A very small number have been closed, due to either fraudulent and/or suspicious activity. An essential part of our operation, dictated by our partnership with a custodial bank and compliance with banking regulations, involves stringent identity verification to prevent fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities. This is not just about complying with laws but about safeguarding our community and each one of you.
Closing an account is always our last resort. Our mission is to safely grow with our community and provide a secure, reliable service to as many satisfied customers as possible. But we are also human. If you feel your account has been unfairly flagged or closed, or if there are aspects of our process you believe we can improve, please reach out directly to me. Love this product, I've been using it to route extra money on my checking account to my savings accounts and It made me so much more disciplined and efficient in managing my finances.
based on the demo, a person can just do this with direct deposit settings at their existing company. demo had no if/then logic and neither did the video. seems like they would do more to show some use cases the their target market could actually benefit from.
I was a bit skeptical at first but Sequence is pretty awesome! The fact that I can see all my finances in one place and then set rules gives me a sense of control which I didn't have before. I managed to create a few simple rules that will help me save to my kids for collage for instance and some more complex one to manage my cash flow 🙏🏻
