Scrimba

Course went through several reviews. Its not bad per say but they used to combine disjointed chapters from different teachers together which had no connection. These days the FE Path is polished and much much better but it is still far from mastery and getting there given the focus is on projects (and projects do not guarantee hiring). I eventually cancelled because I didn't see much progression in my skills of building a full-stack app but that is mostly because its focused on careers.

Hi, if you like me have been going from one online training provider to the next, trying to find a way to learn all the skills required to become a front end developer, Your hunt is over! you don't need to look any further. I'm currently just starting the 4th module and already have learned and consolidated more than my combined learnings on other site. The set up is great, not to mention the support, simply put I've been blown away by the lengths the team go to to make the learning experience as smooth as possible. the interactive learning environment has to be my favourite feature. I'm on the Frontend Developer path for a few days and love it already. I can do this at my own pace and everything is explained very well. Together with the Scrimba community at discord you have the instruction videos on one side and the backup of your study group on the other side. The Scrimba staff is often online so if you have any questions there's always an opportunity to ask. I've been doing other online courses also but always felt pretty alone. At Scrimba you're part of the community, they support you wherever they can. Awesome ;)

I am about 20% of the course and I can only say that it is wonderful! I never imagined a more interactive and enjoyable way to learn a totally new subject. I highlight the resources, the efficiency in the response of the teachers to any concern and the response of the developers and administrators to any requirement. The platform and the methodology for learning are very dynamic, which encourages you to take some time every day to continue learning. I love this course and I recommend it 100%!

Hello everyone! I highly recommend the Front-end Career Path on Scrimba! I took a couple of courses on web design and UI Design for beginners in other platforms like Udemy and coursera, but Scrimba is revolutionary. Having the possibility to interact with the code in each and every lesson really makes the difference when getting that muscle memory for coding. The UX in the site is really good, the interface is beautiful and has some awesome functions that works perfectly like creating notes and exporting your code. The Scrimba Discord channel is amazing, they weekly publish a coding challenge which is amazing for practicing and adding to your portfolio. The community is very active, and the support is almost immediate. If it wasn't enough you can join a study group which highly incentives you to keep yourself active daily. I personally followed some of the course creators on YouTube, their experience and the way they teach makes it clear of why the have so many subscribers and views.

Awesome course so far (I'm about 40% in). Very pedagogical, easy to follow, interactive. Worth it's price so far!
